I want to Thank you again for Laska.  We did pet therapy tonight at the hospitals and she was just wonderful.  I am so proud of her.  I saw her actually watching Ranger with a young girl.  As the girl was petting Ranger, Laska just sat and watched (her head was cocking back and forth while she was taking it all in).  Then, when it was her turn, Laska gently kissed the girl - which is the first kiss she has given.  She is so sweet.... Nancy (Ina/Anderl)

Heintz got several complements in class this week.  Three trainers complemented that as young as he is he gives me wonderful attention - we were healing @ the time.  Boy does he love to work... Tracy (Ina/Anderl)

Here's my beautiful boy at 5 years. (George) He is still the most beautiful, intelligent and loving dog that ever was. With each year he grows more precious to us. Hope you are all well and happy! Brandy, Brad and George (Inka/Daulf)

It has been a while since I have given you an Update on Hogan. As Hogan approaches his second Birthday I thought it would be a good time for an update. .. He is a fun loving pup and gets along well with other dogs that he knows...More importantly he is very friendly around people and has fit into the family very well. He loves the grandchildren...Hogan loves to run and play and is still the ball crazy guy that we wanted. He loves to bark and chase just about anything that is moving especially chipmunks, squirrels and our cat Lucy. Actually Lucy and Hogan play the chase game in the house (oh Boy). Hogan has never tried to hurt her though. Hogan is turning into a fine "family" dog and that is just what we wanted. Hogan has the full run of the house and is able to be left alone at home
without fear that he will tear something up. He sleeps right beside my bed at night on "his" blanket!!  Dave of Baltimore, OH (Inka/Anderl)

Hello Sherrie,  Gandaulf will be turning 5 years old come this October.  He is truly the most amazing German Shepherd Dog my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of including in our family.  He puts me to bed every night, I should say he warms the end of the bed for me and lies with me until he is sure I fell asleep.  We wake every morning and he is at my side ready for a new day.  He talks to us in so many ways we have grown to learn each others body language.  I can tell him to sit and stay with a wave of my hand and he will not waiver until I let him know either with my eyes, hand or voice he can move.  He like so many of your pups is truly amazing.  There are so many stories I could tell you, I could fill a book.  He is a pup from Inka and Daulf. As I mentioned he has truly been a blessing to us and if there is anyway possible I would very much like to have one of his pups to add to our family.  I just cannot tell you enough about his sense and intelligence.  In the summer when we swim in our pool in the back yard he has learned to stand on two feet in about 4 feet of water and play catch with the pool toys.  He even uses his front paws as hands to catch the small soft balls in the pool.  He watches over my 4 year old granddaughter whom he has grown up with and is her best friend and guardian.  When I put her to bed when she is with us and her mother has to work, he lays on the bed while I tell her a bedtime story.  I have the great pleasure of working from my home most of the time and he is at my feet 99% of the time.  He knows where I am at all times and what I am doing.  His greatest pleasure in life is going for our daily one or two walks as well as playing catch with the football.  He has a heart of gold, and as I keep saying he is the most loving, caring, intelligent and plain just wonderful Shepherd we have ever been blessed with. Victoria of Homer Glen, IL

Miss Susy is doing excellent. She's made herself right at home. She came out of her carrier at air cargo perky and full of energy. Took her to grassy field and she was running around all excited.  She's already made friends..... She's so funny.  Already knows where dog treats are.  Feeding animals last night, had cabinet door open and she climbed right in and pulled out bag of dog biscuits. She knows what she wants!!  Lynn of St. Pete, FL (Susy is a Gracie/Arrow puppy)

I read the story about the girl killed in the accident and how her dog stayed with her well, it is the same with my Inka/Daulf girl.  She knows five minutes
before I have a seizure and alerts the house hold with barking, and if I am alone she tries to help me up onto a couch and she even gets down on all
four to help me off the floor, placing her head under my arm, and then I can grab her chain and she will guide me to my seizure area, afterwards, she
lays while I sleep off my seizure (usually two hours).  She has been attached to my hip and she definitely was meant for me and our family...

Sorry I have not spoke with you for some time however I have been very sick. Julie is doing fine she was staying with my friend Deb while i was so sick and November 7th her and Deb was going to visit Debs daughter when Deb wrecked her van Deb was killed in the accident and Julie was not hurt but she laid on top of Deb all Night and would not let any one near her, Debs kids ask me if they could keep Julie do to her being their mothers angel. Well you know me I could not say no due to her son and his wife moving into Debs home and the two little grand daughters being so close with Julie she sleeps with them every night.... (Julie is a Gracie/Dozer pup)

Merry X-mas. We moved to Nevada about 2 hours south of Reno. Zeus loves it out here. We don't have a fenced in yard and I don't chain him up. He can chase rabbits all day long (he hasn't caught one yet) and he doesn't run away. He is smarter than alot of people I know. We are seriously thinking about getting another one for him to play with. We are very pleased with the way he turned out and I will be back in Ohio sometime in the summer of next year so don't be surprised if you hear from us before then. Have a great holiday. Matt, Wendy and Zeus (Inka/Daulf)

Sophie continues to be such a great dog.  She's loving, loyal, playful and composed.  She's such a good family pet!   My daughter, Caraline, is planning to get a male German Shepherd pup from you sometime in the future.  Sophie gets so excited when the girls come home from college.  They tend to spoil her.  Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year.  Marianne (Venja/Daulf)

The pictures never came thru but the poem was great. Have a very great Christmas and a great 2008. You just would not believe what a great dog Brutus is. I could not make the reunion because I was at a OSU game Thanks, Dave

Hi Sherrie, thanks so much for the very cute email. I love the animal ones!!!!   I just had to tell you.........I picked Baron up this morning from the Fuzzy Paws Kennel.  They said quote, "Baron is the nicest GSD we have ever had here at the kennel."  They said that he played with all the dogs and got along great with everyone. When I picked him up they were taking his picture with Santa Claus......... Jenny of  Venetia, PA (Venja/Anderl)

I just wanted to let you know that we LOVE Buick. He is doing great, and we got him neutered about a month ago and everything went well. At that time he weighed 75 lbs. He is doing great with other dogs and with the kids. and he listens so good. He loves playing ball and loves chasing the sweeper around the house. He is such a BIG baby.  We are so pleased with him.  Cora of Orville, OH (Scarlet/Dozer)

letting you know how Ranger is doing.  Went to Vet today, He said Ranger is a very nice dog, wanted to know where we got him.  He said everything checked out fine....Thanks for doing such a great job training him before we picked him up.  I couldn't believe he knew no, and get out of there the day I brought him home.  We are doing the training exercises you gave us.  He sits and lies down, sometimes with just a verbal command,  unreal!!!  He comes when called, and chases his toys when rolled, he definitely is high drive, he ran around the yard full speed ahead..... He is fun to work with and we really love him.  Thanks for a great job and a great dog, it makes everything so much easier, will be sending pictures soon.  Thanks again Dan of Weirton, WV (Ina/Perry)

Just a quick email to let you know Bella is doing great. She going to puppy socialization class at Mountaineer Kennel Club near Morgantown. It is great. She is learning to interact with people, dogs, learning to sit, down, etc. She is so sweet, but very energetic. The instructor commented that she is not shy or fearful like many shepherds they see. Bella has gone everywhere with us and reacts well (like a puppy) to most things she experiences. She did her first unofficial therapy visit last night. My daughter works for an organization that provides care for special needs persons. One of her clients wanted to meet Bella so we took her to the apartments where she lives. She got to meet a lot of beautiful folks who just loved her.... JD Uniontown, PA (Inka/Anderl)

Gus and Kallie are doing well.... She follows me constantly and I love it!  Gus has done great with her... At 7 in the morning they are racing around the house.  Kallie knows all the shortcuts so she can keep right up with Gus.   Gus is actually helping me.  I always know where Kallie is because he is always around her. ...I took Kallie to the vet on Monday. ..  After checking her and looking at the vet records you sent, the vet looked at me and said 'Nancy, someone has taken exceptional care of this puppy'!..  Nancy of Gibsonburg, OH (Inka/Anderl)

Everyone who sees Mattie just adores her, and comments on how beautiful she is and what a beautiful dog she's going to be the older she gets.  But everyone loves her big pointed ears the best!  We also get compliments from strangers on how well behaved she is for her age, when she's in the Pet store..... Bottom line, we love our new family member, Mattie,  and are spending as much time as possible to make her the happiest & best dog ever.  We'll be out to the puppy reunion picnic in September... Sarah&Cory Huston, PA (Venja/Anderl)

... Bill looks alot like Sambuca, just not as thick....he too gets comments on how pretty he is. He has all the qualities we were hoping to get when we chose Hartland.....he is  friendly and obedient, but yet announces his presence. He'll answer the door with a bark and stand at attention, but once he figures things are fine, which he is quick to do, he is straight to his back....not a lick of modesty! He'll literally fall asleep as a neighbor rubs his belly while stopping by to borrow some butter. He has bonded with all of us, but has a special relationship with our 3 year old....she'll use him as a pillow when she watches TV. She'll say, "come on floppy lips", and he'll follow her to get her pj's on or put some toys in the basement.  He does great with neighborhood dogs and loves to play with the cats.....at times he forgets he's not feline and attempts to follow where ever the chase may lead...under tables, up/down stairs, and even under the bed! His energy comes in spurts, but for the most part I'd say he's far from being energetic....if he had to choose, napping would still be his favorite past-time and nobody "spoons" like Bill ! :) The bad thing is, we've created the world's largest lap dog.....just like his siblings, he prefers to flop down directly on us, like he's always trying to get a little closer!    Knock on wood, he has yet to chew anything of value....mainly just likes to shred paper and only does that when we don't leave a bone out for him. He has been staying out at night, roaming from room to room, and sleeps a few hours with everyone; but when my husband heads off to work, he is quick to jump onto the bed....again, nobody spoons like Bill! :) He only goes in his cage if we plan on being out for a good part of the day.

For a while, we thought we were starving him; but we stuck with Sherry's advice on feeding and we think he looks great....lean, yet active and muscular....he seems very healthy. His coat is still very soft...... I'm happy to hear that others are getting as much enjoyment out of their pup as we are. It appears that Gracie and Cedar have the secret recipe......thanks again Sherry.  Jaime B of Mokina, IL (Gracie/Cedar)

Sherrie, I want to thank you so much for keeping Baron for me this past week. When he is with you I don't worry about him. I know he learned a lot from being with you and the other dogs and going to the hospital to visit....Thank you so much for your help....I will never forget what you have done for us. I tell everyone who will listen about you and your wonderful dogs..... Jenny of Venetia, PA (Venja/Anderl)

Sadie is doing wonderful we just had her at the vet and they stated that she is growing fine......  She is so totally cute and loveable, I'm glad we got her.....Attached are some pictures of her they are from last month. Thank you for a beautiful dog, we receive so many compliments on her color and markings.  Barb of Bedford, OH (Scarlet/Dozer female)

hello...I just developed a couple photos of him he's becoming a real charm I call him b-boy everybody else calls him  BIG-BOY he's gotten tall very fast [his butt raises the kitchen table already] and weighs 112lbs at 6months yesterday very fit weight I'll send (photo) tonight have a nice night thanks for a beautiful breeding- Bobby of Staten Island, NY (Scarlet/Dozer boy)

Sherrie – first, we must say we are VERY happy with our girl, Chloe.  She has such a great personality and has been a perfect fit for our family.  We love spending time with her and she seems happy to be with us, too.  Cannot complain at all. Again, thanks for providing us with such a wonderful family member! Pat & Annette, PJ, Michael and Chloe!! of Hubertus, WI (Scarlet/Dozer girl)

I just wanted to thank you again for such an exceptional dog....Buttercup has been an enormous comfort as Granny B passed away yesterday. She has not left Tim's side since he has found out. Buttercup sits and waits by the door for him and even cries to get into the bathroom with him. Brittany finally broke down and cried yesterday and Buttercup is with her too. She slept almost all night with Brittany which is something that she normally doesn't do. Usually just an hour or two. I will never be able to understand how Buttercup knows all the things that she does but will cherish the fact that she does sense things always.  Yvonne of Red House, WV.

Here are some age progression pics of Koda and a couple with some Christmas hats. He was actually really cooperative about wearing the hats for the pictures. I didn't make him wear them too long though  He is beautiful and a perfect companion. I love him so so much. Thank you again for such a wonderful dog. Oh yeah, I've taught him to track one of his favorite toys. He loves doing it and he picked it up almost instantly.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Ashley & Koda of Rockport, TX (Venja/Daulf))

As you can see Brutus love's being at the top of his game. He weighed 85lbs just a few minutes ago and no fat. The vet tells us that he is just amazing. He whines every day to go and run. After he runs he will rest a couple of hours then he wants to go again. The sheriff's deputy wants to start his tracking training soon however he has two other dogs that he must train first. He is very good at obeying all commands that he is given.. Brutus love's every child that he can wash their face's with kisses. I credit Sherri for that because of her and her children's loving care.... Brutus has changed my life for the best. When I have to leave him for a day or so he just watch's the driveway for me all of the time.... Dave (Brutus is an Inka/Drew pup)

Just wanted to let you know Diva has had an awesome week.  I entered her in the My Favorite Pet contest in our local newspaper about a month
ago.  The category was called "magnificent". The readers voted  and Diva was chosen as the winner.I  also tested her for therapy dog tonight and she passed with flying colors.  Not bad for 14 months old.  The TDI evaluator was very impressed with her behavior.  All that work sure paid off.  I'm  very proud  of  my little girl.  She's  coming along  just great.....Penny of Painesville, OH (Diva is a Venja/Daulf pup)

Hi Sherrie, Just thought I would check in with you.  I can't believe Gus will be 20 weeks old on Monday!  We are so happy with him. He is so funny to watch.  He is very long and lanky and just FULL of energy....He is so friendly with everyone...He greets them and wags his tail.  I'm working with him to then move back and let them in!  He, of course, thinks they are here to see HIM and wants all the attention...   Nancy  (Inka/Anderl pup)

Sherrie,  Patrick and Mattie had a great day at the fair today.  Mattie did much better in obedience this year and they were 2nd place in showmanship only by 1 point.  The two scores combined were enough to put them over the top and they won Overall Grand Champion - "Top Dog"  for the entire show.  Patrick was thrilled.  We are going to the State Fair again in August and this year they are going to try agility.  They have been practicing at home since our club doesn't have an agility course.  Thanks again for such a great dog! Tammie (Mattie is an Inka pup)

Hi Sherry,
We just got back from vacation in Maine and wanted to send you some pictures I took of the big boy. He just loves the water and playing
ball. I just want you to know he is just a great addition to my life. He stays home most of the day watching the house and has no problem when I
leave for work. I say good bye and tell him to keep an eye on the kitties, and he lays down on his mat and watches the kitty door. Once I
get home, he is happy to see me and we go for our walk and play in the park. He just loves the routine. Once we arrive at the cabin he headed straight for the water, and played while I unpacked. He is so good at keeping himself busy, while I have things to do. I just love that about him. Well I just wanted to let you know he is doing great and we are having the best time of our life's together. Thanks, Donna
(Gandaulf is a 2003 Inka son)

Here are some new pictures of Sirius that were taken a few weeks ago. He is so friendly to kids and the pictures are a demonstration of this. In one of the pictures, the kid is little over 2 years of age and has absolutely no fear of Sirius. Sirius is very gentle with him and plays catch with him!..We all are amazed at the intelligence that this puppy has. He seems to understand anything we say to him!  Raghu of Pittsburgh  (Sirius is an Inka son)

Well, George turned three yesterday. He is just the joy of our life! We are always being stopped by people who marvel at how, beautiful,
obedient  and calm he is. He always amazes me with how much he understands. Often I will tell him to do something that he may have
never been taught to do and he will just do it! The other day he was in a store with me and I was trying to talk to the salesperson. I said
"George could you just sit down for a minute while I'm talking?" he sat right down and the salesperson was shocked. " You talk to that dog like
he's human, and he understands!" Then later " All right, I think we're about done." George got up and calmly walked to the door, the
salesperson just shook his head. Yesterday we had to attend a funeral, George and I were waiting in the van while my husband was inside. Some people who George had never seen approached the van, George's ears went up, so did his fur and boy did he bark and let them know they were not invited. I said " It's Ok George , they are our friends." Immediately his ears went back and he changed his demeanor completely. These people were also Shepherd owners so they were very eager to make George's acquaintance. They stuck their hands inside the van and George let them pet him while he smiled and wagged his tail. They were quite impressed by his ability to turn it on or turn it off by reading my signals and the situation.  Later he spent the afternoon playing "guard" with some of the boys who were playing basketball at the house where the reception was held.  He was always really polite. He would try to get the ball but never got snappy or put the children in any danger of getting hurt.  "What a cool dog!" They said. Well, as you can see I could go on and on about what a great addition to our family he has been. Here is a photo my husband took of George and I on his third birthday! Best regards, Brandy  (George is a pup from our very first Inka litter)

Its been awhile I just wanted to tell you Max is doing great!!  .... This dog has more drive than any I've seen.  All of the K9 handlers at our office want to train him for drugs.  But that is not going to happen.  He is a great protector of the family and is very smart.  He is hard to control at times but he is still young.  I thought I would just give you an update.  By the way the best $750 I ever spent.. Mark of Marietta, OH (Max is a 2005 Inka pup)

It's been a while. Koda is doing great. He is such a beautiful dog..... In the summer, whenever it is available again, we are going to do advanced obedience training. He goes just about everywhere except school with me. He is going to be such a great dog. I'll send you some pics when i get my film developed. I'm finally dropping it off today. Thanks for such a wonderful dog.. Ashley

Hey Sherrie, Reggie's doing excellent.  Couldn't ask for a better dog!  Wish I had two!  Are you planning any more litters this year? Ron of Plymouth, MA

Hello Sherrie!  We just wanted to send you some pictures of Achilles.  We look at pictures of him when we first got him and it just doesn't seem that he was EVER really that small!  He won't quit growing!  He is fitting in great with our family and we are so happy with him!  He's such a smart little guy.  He has been going to the door to let us know that he needs to potty for about 2 weeks now!  We hope you enjoy the pictures!  Talk with you soon! Jeff and Cindy of Whitestown, IN

I attached a couple pictures of Zeus, the one in the house is from last week between Christmas and New Year's and the one in the grass is from this past summer...Zeus was enjoying being outdoors at my family's lake house, he gets to chase balls all day long and swim even longer, he loves the lake, swims great and we even have him jumping off the dock now!  He is just like his mother with his mouth fascination, and will chase a ball for as long as your arm will throw it! Feel free to post these pictures if you like, Zeus is about 90 pounds now and doing great.  Very well behaved.  Mandy and I are thinking we will take him back to some training classes soon -- just to keep him active, and maybe work toward therapy dog status at some point.  Take Care,  Marc of Maumee, OH

Just got a new computer, let me know if you get the pictures of Jack.  He is 7 months old now and what a handsome dude.  A GSD breeder saw him and absolutely loved him!  He is such a cool dog.  He can't get enough of my 4 year old son.  He prefers to lay in the playroom with the kids at night, watching over them.  I love that about him.  He is so sweet, I can't say enough good things about him.  Thanks again.   Andrea/Bill  Ocean City,NJ

Our Gandaulf has become such a wonderful boy,  I too cannot believe he is two years old.  I took a couple of pictures today but it was a bit cloudy outside and seeing him without the sunshine just does not bring out his true color.  He has become such a guardian to my husband and I along with our 2 year old granddaughter.  His only wish in life is to be with us and play ball.  I have not owned a dog in my lifetime as smart as he is.  His “brother” is a bit more mischievous, such as opening the back door to take a dip in our pool.  Once Gandaulf see’s him do this he comes running to mom or dad to tell us his brother did something he shouldn’t have.  I think I have actually corrected him twice in his life for doing something wrong.  We are truly blessed to have him as part of our family. Vicky of Holmer Glen, IL

Sherrie,  I don't know if you got my email awhile back, at the time I think you said you were having trouble with your email but anyway I wanted you to know Nadia is doing great.  We love her alot and we are very happy with her.  I will try to attach some pictures if you don't receive them let me know.  Thanks, Kim of Savanna, Georgia. P.S.  We always thought it was funny that our house is in red, white, & blue and that is was her collar color.

I just wanted to tell you Gandalf pass the Canine Good Citizen test. He is such a good boy...I just sign him up for Obedience 3 and Agility 1. We plan to do Tracking and Agility 2, next time around. I have to admit I am in static to have such a self fulfilling boy...He loves going for walks and helping me around the house. We are a happy team...We want to thank you for your support and match making..Love,Donna & Gandalf in NY

Jack is doing awesome, he is the best puppy.  He loves the kids.  He has the best temperament and is so docile.  We just took him on the boat and let him off to run around on the beach.  He loves everybody and has such a good time.  Every situation he is presented with he shows his confidence and patience.  He greets all of our friends with kisses.  We couldn't be happier with the dog that he is becoming.  When he is with the kids he proves that he has patience and understanding and has such a loving personality.  Thank you so much.  We'll get a picture out soon. Andrea & Bill of Ocean City, NJ

Just wanted to send a quick note to update you on our Thunder (Venja’s red girl, 3months old).  She is a beauty and has been a real treat to train.  She is head of the class at puppy kindergarten and obeys sit, down and stand with just HAND signals.  She even sits and lays down on my 3 year old Devon’s command!  She also rings a little bell at the back door to go out and the very few accidents she has had were all our fault for not watching close enough.  She usually comes readily when called but she is curious so we are still working on that one. We just love her.  Thanks again for all your help in picking the right pup for our family... Kelley of Cincinnati

JJ is doing great (from Gracie and Goliath)!!  He is a big lug!  We love him to pieces!  He really has the best personality and he has certainly gotten bigger, LOL!  THANK YOU!!!  Jen of Endicott, NY

Thank you for taking the time to meet with us on Saturday.  As we expected, the pups are all exceptional and we would be pleased with any of the three females from Venja’s litter.  I look forward to hearing how they test.  Again, we appreciate all the time that you and Erica spent showing us around.  Your care and knowledge as a breeder is evident, Steve and I commented how you seemed to answer our questions before we even asked.  Steve and I are very excited to get to work with the new pup.  Thanks again....Kelley

Maddie has started he field training with SAR.  She is such a blessing to me.  I love her so much.  She is doing well and looks forward to working on Saturdays.  She goes everywhere with me when she can.  I will send some more pictures when I have them developed.  I have had many great comments on her.  Everytime we are out someone always comes and tells me what a good looking dog I have.  She was a hit at the Dairy Queen last night!  I am so grateful that I found you and your dogs!  Samra & Maddie

I am sending you pictures of Buddy. He was two years old on April 1st. Isn't he cute. He is a great family dog and loves everybody. god bless you ....Aline from Florida

Sirius is doing very well. We and anyone we meet are amazed at his manners and obedience. We have enrolled in obedience training. He loves to go the Saturday classes.... Raghu & Sujatha of Pittsburgh, PA

Belle is just great with the girls.  She and I went to Katie's school yesterday and we kinda did a show and tell thing and Katie got to show her classmates how Belle would sit, down and stand.  It's just great that Belle will do what the girls tell her to.  Bono was with Todd and I long before we had kids and he rarely followed commands from them.  Having her in our family has helped us with Bono's death.  It makes it easier when there is still another friend to fill in the emptyness that that his loss created...... Vicki of Columbus

Hello, I Don't know if you remember me, but I helped you at USAir with the puppies you brought in...I told my family how well behaved and good looking they were at the airport. I've seen a lot of dogs come in at USAir that were sheepish and afraid of people, but your little guys and gals were brave and fearless....we want to wait for one of them...Thanks...Homer of Pittsburgh, PA

Denja is a great dog. She does fantastic with the girls and really cries when Megan leaves for kindergarten. She is a wonderful addition to our family.  Merry Christmas! .... Diane of Allison Park, PA.

I thought you would like to see what a beautiful girl Mattie has become.  She weighed in at 75 lbs when we went to the vet in October and he said she had a perfect build.  She has become a constant companion for Patrick and follows him everywhere.  Thanks again for such a fantastic addition to our family. Tammie of Kokomo, IN

I just wanted to send some more picture's of Max. We are starting some classes next week. I found a gentleman who raises and trains Shepard's here in town, so if I like the guy, we will do some advanced training with him also. If I have any problem with him, I may call you for some help in finding another trainer. This pup is amazing, and  I want to be sure he gets a good schooling. His natural instincts are  incredible. Not to mention his great look's. Let me know if the pic's don't come through. I'll keep in touch..... Phil of Mineral Springs, WV

I met a retired K-9 handler last night at my neighbors and he was in ahhhhhh over Von.  His looks, the coloring, the size, the total package............I thought he was going to take him from me.  He was REALLY impressed with him.  And yes, Von ate it up!  He's a ham and loves to be bragged over.  Sherrie, I honestly can not take him anywhere without people gathering around him and saying the nicest things.  He's a looker and a stopper and has the personality!  THANK YOU!  Janet of Painesville

Just wanted you to know how Buttercup did with a whole lot of dogs. We took her to the free paw print and picture day at Petsmart. Buttercup was wonderful. A couple of times she wanted to bark at several of the smaller dogs but we would just jerk lightly on her leash, tell her no, and then make her sit. She would. She even felt so comfortable that she would just lay and watch the other animals. (Cats and ferrets were there too). This one K-9 officer was just there shopping, he left his buggy and came over for about 10 minutes. He said she was a beautiful dog. Buttercup just loved him to death, kissed him all over. He said he had to go before he fell in love. Just about everybody that we came across said she was beautiful and well mannered to be such a young puppy. Just wanted to let you know that we were so proud of her.  Yvonne of Red House, WV

This is Jim and Luke checking in.  Its been sometime since I've had a chance to surf the web but I thought I send you a little update on Luke.
He has grown in to quite a striking young man just having his 1st birthday yesterday which we celebrated with a scoop of brusters ice cream that was a big hit! He is doing awesome in his search and rescue training in fact he made his first real life find on June 10th in butler county Pa.  where a 16 y/o boy was missing and thought to have drown in slippery rock creek unfortunately the boy did drown but of the 13 SAR dogs at the scene luke made the find which brought closer to the boys family.  Luke and I took of for what ended up to be a very good hike to the creek bed, I scented luke on a piece of the boys jeans and Luke took over from there.  We made it just about 25 yards from the point last seen when look jump into the water and began barking at a rock along the bank.  Divers were put into the water at that location and they recovered the boys body from under the rock.  I was so impressed with his drive and determination to work even under harsh environmental conditions.  Jim of Export, PA

We thought you would like to know that your "yellow Collar" girl is doing great. Callie is really growing and her personality is really beginning to show. She is playful and loving. Our boxer Grace is such a proud momma. They play so well together. They share their chews and everything. That is such a big deal too. Grace never would share with our Lab.... We can't thank you enough! We really are blessed to have her. Nancye and Lou of Cincinnati, OH.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to come and visit on Saturday.  I really enjoyed myself!  ALL of your dogs exude such health and happiness, and that is such a good feeling.  Thanks again. Janet of Painesville, OH.

I know its been a long time since we spoke, I had a few extra minutes and wanted to let you know how Gandaulf is doing.  He is such a wonderful pup.  I am so impressed with Gandaulf’s intelligence, he is so loving, every night he lays on the bed at my feet to make sure I am ok and going to sleep, then he goes back on the floor near the deck door where their “bed” is (close to the window) and sleeps with his brother.  Gandaulf is always near, since we work out of our home he is always within a few inches of either Pete or myself.  He is very watchful and quiet always taking in the situation,  when he sees something out the window which he feels might be something to be leery of he growls a low quiet pitch and watches.  Tuz on the other hand will bark immediately.  I know that if Gandaulf barks I should investigate immediately because something is wrong.  He has been a blessing for my husband and myself, we spend a lot of time with them both,  I can hardly wait until the weather is warm enough to open the pool, I am sure they will both have a wonderful summer. Just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful puppy, he is a blessing.  Vicki of Homer Glen, IL

Maxine is doing well...She knows how to used the crate...kids love her so much...my friends are jealous and they want to get one for their family too.. thanks for giving us the chance to own a very loving dog...by the way, she knows the sit, down, stay commands. Tito and Malou of  Dumont, NJ

Hope and dad are both doing good.... we all love her immensely. She's a fresh breathe of air for all of us. We will get pictures to you as soon as we get a chance. Thank you so much again.  Angela and Vicki of  Highland, MI

Carley is all we could of asked for and more.  She's 7 months old, and never has chewed anything that she shouldn't of (only 1 accidental chew), nor was it difficult to potty train her (took about a week and a few minor excite-a-tittles), and she is so smart!  She has (had) the basics of training down, so much so that she even works to non verbal/hand commands.....She is very protective but knows when to out when its necessary, and knows when to be quiet after sounding an alarm immediately after being told to be quiet... A friend of ours bought a pup locally as he said it was dumb to travel so far just for a dog, but it seems like every time he see's Carley he's unsure if he should of taken the trip! Talk with you soon,  Dan of Aurora, NY

The little guy is doing great and is such a joy. Training is going well... he picks up everything very quickly.  His favorite games right now are for me to hide a piece of food then he finds it... He loves to cuddle.  He sprawls out across my lap when I sit on the floor, which is when I can really tell how fast he's growing.  Kim of Cleveland, OH

Here are a couple of new pictures of Mattie... We started puppy classes 2 weeks ago.  So far we are ahead of what they are doing thanks to the puppy packet you sent home with us...the other puppies are not nearly as well mannered and socialized.  We really appreciate all of the information you sent home with us or that could have been Mattie.  I'm sure her breeding had a lot to do with it as well.  She is definitely the star of the class.  She responds to the trainer immediately when she is used as an example.  Tammie of  Kokomo, IN

Just wanted to let you know that "Stonewall" has brought so much joy into our lives, I never thought that an animal could act so human-like and express such emotion. He is a BIG baby!!! Of course he is spoiled rotten. Lays on the couch, sleeps on the bed.....loves  to watch Animal Planet.. Kelly of Savannah, GA (Mastiff puppy)

JJ is doing great!  He is everything we could have ever hoped for!  I have a day care and all the kids and parents absolutely adore him!!  He has the greatest temperament...  And boy, he is VERY smart too!!... I am so happy to have him, words just could not express it!  I am sending your name out to... every one I know that has fallen in love with him. Again, Thank You!!!  Jennifer of Endicott, NY (Mastiff puppy)

Thought you might like to see a picture of Zeus right at 9 months old…he likes the snow too!  He is doing very well, and has been a pleasure to have, Mandy and I just love him!  Marc of Maumee, OH

Hi Sherrie.......Sending you some pictures of Pebbles and her first snow...I can't imagine my life without her. Everywhere I go she gets compliments  not only on how beautiful she is.. but on her temperament and intelligence.. we have been frequenting many obedience and agility  shows where breeders from all over have been very impressed with your breeding and lines..  just have to say thank-you once again...you are definitely a blessing in my life............Sheri of New York
