SG Anderl von der kleinen Ranch, BH, AD

SZ-Nr. 2121996     HD: A normal, ZW-74

AKC DN13260501  DNA ID# P-K 7208

Imported by us from Germany, Anderl has been an exciting addition to our breeding program.  His sire is the famous Niklas van de Herdersfarm. Anderl comes from several generations of well known V rated, SchH titled and A1 stamped dogs.  He has the wonderful temperament we desired.  Anderl has his SG show rating (very good) as well as his BH (obedience title) and AD (endurance title).  His hip rating is excellent with his ZW only 74!  Drew, as we call him, enjoys greeting visitors. You can view Anderl's pedigree here- http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/395017.html  **** Anderl is now available for sale to an approved home****

We just received word from Jana that Anderl's sister Anja has won her class in Germany!  This is her photo. Congratulations to her owner!

Fritz vom Hertzland CGC Hips prelim good

Fritz is from our Omina/Quincey litter and has been raised here. His sire Quincey vom Gödinghofer Weg resides in Germany and is V rated, SchH3, Kkl1. His dam is our Omina who is also V rated, SchH3, Kkl1.  Fritz is an intelligent boy who has been easy to train. He is full of himself and loves to be in the center of all the activity. He recently obtained his Canine Good Citizen award. He is currently training to be our next SAR dog.

Daulf Von Waldhimmel OFA Good, CA - normal, CERF, DNA

Description: Daulf is a very large, striking male, with beautiful bold markings, a deep black and red coat, and a head like a lion. He is calm and self-confident, having a good natural protection instinct. Daulf is a certified Therapy Dog with a very loving and gentle disposition. He adores children and his favorite pastime is to baby-sit and play with them. He reproduces his beauty and character well in his progeny. He has produced offspring that are in SAR, casual show/sport, and able assistance dogs. Daulf is out of top German lines and is the son of the '97 Canadian Sieger
Hillo de Marne La Vallee. His mother is out of Max Della Loggia dei Mercanti and his pedigree includes many World Siegers. Some of them being Kimon v. Dan Alhedy's Hoeve, Jeck Vom Noricum, and several more. He was truly one of a kind being an outgoing yet docile male who enjoyed pet therapy more than the SchH field.  Click to see his page here.

Samson Von Sabomeister CGC OFA UKC AKC DL485456/04

Sabo was our foundation dog who was our jumping board into this wonderful world of German Shepherd Dogs. He taught us so much as we marveled over his intellect and willingness to please. He excelled in Obedience and Agility. He was the mascot for our son's soccer team for several years and entertained the halftime crowd with his Frisbee catching ability and off lead obedience and tricks. He demonstrated his natural protective instinct when we were attacked in the park one day. Sabo left for the Rainbow Bridge on May 31, 2005.  He will be sadly missed.  Click here to learn more about the Rainbow Bridge.

What Dogs Do for Us

Catch Frisbees

Keep a night alone from being truly lonely

Get us outside on beautiful fall days, rainy days and snowy winter days

Listen to our singing

Treat us like celebrities when we come home

Warm up our beds on cold nights

Make our hearts more vigorous

Alert us to the arrival of mail

Help us live a little longer

Make us smile

Agree with everything we say

Warm our knees with their chins

Provide a use for old tennis balls

Signal when a thunderstorm is coming

Pull sleds

Help lower our blood pressure

Test how fast we can run

Keep the squirrels from overtaking our yards

Teach us the meaning of unconditional love.

Dogs lick you because they love you. Cats lick you because you had chicken for dinner.

The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
